Pioneer Childcare is Rebranding to Junior Adventures Group (JAG)

We’re pleased to share an exciting update regarding the wraparound care provision at our school. Pioneer Childcare, who currently operate our onsite before and after school clubs, are rebranding to Junior Adventures Group (JAG) — a nationally recognised provider of high-quality wraparound and holiday childcare.

This rebrand brings Pioneer fully into the JAG family, creating a unified identity across their clubs, teams, and programmes while continuing to deliver the same trusted, friendly, and engaging childcare that families know and value.

What This Means for Our School Community

The rebrand will not change the day-to-day experience for children or families.
You can expect:

• The same dedicated teams delivering high-quality care
• The same venue and programme structure, now under JAG’s “Rise Then Shine”, “Stay and Play”, and “Holiday HQ” names
• The same commitment to safe, active, and inspiring experiences

The main change families will notice is a refreshed brand identity — including new JAG purple branding — and a new booking system launching in January 2026.

Important Information for Parents and Carers

Families who have previously shown interest in Pioneer Childcare but do not currently have an active booking will need to create a new account in the JAG booking system before booking sessions for 2026.

From January 2026 onwards, all sessions will be booked through the new Junior Adventures Group platform.

To prepare, new parents/carers will be asked to:

1. Visit the new JAG registration page: https://bookings.junioradventuresgroup.co.uk/Identity/Account/Login
2. Create a new account
3. Enter family and child details, including emergency contacts and medical/dietary information

This simple setup ensures all information is carried across smoothly ahead of the new year. Please note existing families will be communicated to directly.

Booking for 2025 and Early 2026

Bookings for the Autumn Term and Winter Holidays (up to 2nd January 2026) will continue to be made through the existing Pioneer Childcare booking system until the rebrand officially goes live.

JAG is a leading provider of Breakfast and After School Clubs offering fun and affordable childcare delivered in a safe and supervised environment.

Rise then Shine

JAG’s Breakfast Clubs, called Rise Then Shine, prepare children’s minds and bodies for a busy school day! A healthy, nutritious breakfast keeps them energised throughout the morning, while the focus on an active start stimulates brain activity and concentration, ensuring children get the most out of their day.

After School Clubs

JAG’s After School Clubs, called Stay and Play, offer fun, happy, safe places for children to play freely across age groups and take part in structured activities such as arts and crafts and active play. Providing an energising end to the school day, children can join group activities, enjoy a healthy snack, or chill out with toys and games that are all set up and ready for them to enjoy.

JAG’s fun and enriching Breakfast and After School Clubs run daily throughout the academic year.

The Adventure Programme!

At the core of JAG’s Breakfast and After School Clubs is the Adventure Programme. Comprising seven action-packed categories, this programme is backed by research into child development and created in partnership with experts, providing children with opportunities to develop essential life skills, explore their interests, and have fun. With a wide selection of activities focused on physical education, arts, STEM, and wellbeing, children can whip up tasty treats, get sporty, or unwind with yoga and mindfulness.

The Adventure Programme features seven exciting categories:

🤝 Power Teams: Dive into fun games, thrilling challenges, and dynamic group activities to develop lifelong team skills.

🧠 Brain Boosters: Crack codes, solve puzzles, and engage in captivating science experiments and STEM activities that explore the wonders of the world.

🌍 Global Kids: Embark on a journey to become better global citizens by developing essential life skills and discovering the world around you.

🏃 Super Sports: Participate in energetic and fun sports sessions designed to build essential skills for a lifetime of active living.

🧘 Wellbeing Warriors: Discover activities that enhance happiness, mindfulness, and overall wellbeing.

🚀 Creative Inventors: Unleash your imagination through creative activities that blend arts, materials, and crafts, helping you unlock your inner inventor and discover hidden talents.

🍇 Flavour Fest: Explore food and nutrition with interactive, engaging activities designed to promote healthy eating habits.

In addition to JAG’s fun-filled daily schedules featuring a variety of activities, they’ll also have themed weeks and special celebrations throughout the term.
